How To File A Claim
Risk Management provides claim processing services to the general public. Individuals seeking to file a liability claim against Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District should do so in writing. The information should address the following details with any pictures or other documentation that would make the claim information more complete.

- When and where did this occur?
- What damages and/or injuries did you sustain?
- Why do you think the Park District is responsible for the claim?

Claims Processing
Claims are logged into a database then sent to a claims adjuster who will contact the person filing the claim. The adjuster gathers all facts and makes a determination regarding the validity of the claim. Information requested does not guarantee that your claim has been accepted for payment, not does it mean that the Park District accepts liability. Please allow 30 days for Risk Management to process and investigate your claim.
