Park Reservation Permit
Cedar Hills Park, Raleigh Hills Park and Schiffler Park, when not in use for Park District-sponsored or co-sponsored activities, will be made available for a fee to groups for events and activities consistent with the rules and regulations of the Park District. Applicants must reside within the Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District boundaries, and reservations are on a first-paid, first-served basis.
Policy Statement
It is prohibited to display, possess or consume any alcoholic beverages while in or upon property under the jurisdiction of the District, EXCEPT by District permit issued by the general manager or by the authorized designee. A permit granted under this Section may contain such conditions that, in the discretionary judgment of the general manager or authorized designee, will promote the preservation of the parks for the peaceful enjoyment of the public at large.
Requirements for Obtaining a Park Reservation Permit
- To obtain a Park Reservation Permit form to reserve one of the parks listed above click here or you may obtain an application at the address below. Applicants must reside within the Tualatin Hills Park and Recreation District.
- Park reservations for the above sites may be made in person or over the phone. Complete and submit the form and payment to:

- Park reservation fee is $15.
- All fees must be paid at the time of application. Payments can be made by cash, check, credit/debit, or money order. Please make checks payable to THPRD. Visa, MasterCard, or Discover cards are accepted. American Express is not accepted.
- If you wish to make a cancellation, you must contact the District at least five (5) days in advance of the reservation date to be eligible for a refund. There is a $5 non-refundable cancellation fee. Allow at least two (2) weeks for payment of a refund. NO refunds will be given due to inclement weather or violation of Park Rules and Regulations.
- Approved Park Reservation and Alcohol Permits must be displayed or made available at the site during the event.
- Consumption of alcoholic beverages at any District facility is prohibited unless the "Alcohol Permit Section" of the Park Reservation Permit has been approved and signed by the General Manger or designee. Canned or bottled beer and wine are the only types of alcohol allowed with an Park Reservation and alcohol permit; no kegs or hard liquor.
- If the applicant wishes to sell or serve alcoholic beverages this requires a special use permit for alcoholic beverages. Obtain the special use permit for alcoholic beverages at the address or phone numbers listed in item No. 2 above.
