 Thank You for Your PatronageSUMMER 2008 CLASS REGISTRATION HOW TO REGISTER FOR CLASSES AND PROGRAMS There Are Five Easy Ways to Register: IN-DISTRICT RESIDENTS ONLY: You must have a valid THPRD Residency Card to register. 1. PHONE: (503) 439-9400 Phone In Begins: Saturday, April 19, 2008 8:00am - 6:00pm Sunday, April 20, 2008 Noon-4:00pm continuing: Monday-Friday, April 21-25, 2008 8:30am - 6:00pm Phone in registration is accepted with credit card payment only - Visa, MC, Discover. 2. ONLINE Processing begins: 10:00 am, Saturday, April 19, 2008 Go to: www.thprd.org/activities. Visa, Discover, and MasterCards accepted. 3. MAIL: Mail-in process begins: Monday, April 21, 2008 Print out our registration form, fill it out, include full payment, and mail it to: Registration Desk 15707 SW Walker Rd. Beaverton, OR 97006 4. FAX: (503) 629-6302 Processing begins: Monday, April 21, 2008. Faxes will be received 24 hours a day, processed during registration hours. When faxing, complete the registration form, including full payment using your Visa/MC/Discover card. 5. WALK-IN: Begins: Monday, April 21, 2008 at 8:30am Walk-in your completed registration form to the facility nearest you! Walk-in registration is available at all facilities and will continue until classes are full. OUT-OF-DISTRICT RESIDENTS: Beginning Friday, April 25, at 8:30am. the five convenient ways to register are available for Out-of-District residents who have paid their Assessment Fee. |
