Adult Lap Swim
Designed for those 18 years and older who can swim lengths of the pool on a non-stop basis. Participants are required to follow the designated circle swim pattern. Generally fewer than 6 lanes available.
All Age Lap Swim
Designed for anyone who can swim lengths of the pool on a nonstop basis. Must be able to understand and follow the principles of lap circle swim etiquette.
An unstructured swim for all ages. An adult or guardian must accompany children under 43 inches from the chin down and under the age of 7. Due to the popularity of open swim, in-district residents with a current residency card will be admitted first. A waiting list will be established if pool capacity is reached. As a guest leaves the facility, the person at the top of the waiting list will be admitted.
Cardio Core & Hydro Power
Shallow water exercise class focusing on cardiovascular conditioning, muscle fitness, and range-of-motion. For those looking to improve fitness by adding a low-impact, high-energy aquatic exercise. Level 2 or 3
Flex & Stretch (Back & Arthritis Exercise)
Dig Deep & Deep Water Warrior
An exercise class in the deep water. For those looking to make a difference by adding a no-impact, high-energy aquatic exercise to their fitness routine. Flotation belts provided. Level 2 or 3
Perfect for those looking to make a splash by adding a low-impact, high-energy aquatic exercise to their fitness routine. There is less impact on your joints during an Aqua Zumba® class so you can really let loose. Water creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles. Level 3
