Adult Lap Swim
Designed for those 18 years and older who can swim lengths of the pool on a non-stop basis. Participants are required to follow the designated circle swim pattern. Generally fewer than 6 lanes available.
All Age Lap Swim
Designed for anyone who can swim lengths of the pool on a nonstop basis. Must be able to understand and follow the principles of lap circle swim etiquette.
An unstructured swim for all ages. An adult or guardian must accompany children under 43 inches from the chin down and under the age of 7. Due to the popularity of open swim, in-district residents with a current residency card will be admitted first. A waiting list will be established if pool capacity is reached. As a guest leaves the facility, the person at the top of the waiting list will be admitted.

Lets Get Moving! (Back & Arthritis Exercise)
Don't let pain stop you from exercising. Water provides excellent resistance while giving comfort and support to your body. Increase your mobility and flexibility through water walking, stretching, range of motion, mild aerobics and more. If you have back problems, arthritis, surgery, fibromyalgia, and other pain issues or just want to get started with general exercise this class is designed for you. This class is also good for anyone needing increased flexibility and toning. All ages. Fitness Scale 2-3
Deep Water Aerobics
An exercise class in the deep water. Flotation belts provided. Fitness Scale 3-5
