Aquatic water fitness program
Water exercise fitness scale 1-5
1: Zero to very low-intensity in the water. Level one classes are relaxation classes. Focus on breathing, meditation and range of movement. No experience needed, acceptable for all fitness levels.
2: Low to moderate intensity. Focus is on stretching, range of motion, and balance. No experience needed, acceptable for all fitness levels.
3: Moderate Intensity. Focus is on range of motion, stretching, and low aerobic activity. Great program for those new or returning to exercise.
4: Moderate to high intensity. Focus is on range of motion, stretching, and medium aerobic activity.
5: High intensity. Focus on strength, range of motion, and building aerobic activity. This will include 30-40 minutes of aerobic activity.

SHALLOW WATER AEROBICS:Complete your day with shallow water stretching, toning, and low to moderate intense exercises. Low impact movements will improve your strength, flexibility and balance. Level 2-3 M/W 8:30-9:30 p.m.
SHALLOW WATER AEROBICS:Wake up to this fun and energetic shallow water aerobics class! Lively music and class camaraderie along with challenging exercise will keep you going all day. Level 3-4 M/W/F 8:30-9:30 a.m.
DEEP WATER AEROBICS:Get up and get going with this energetic non-impact deep-water exercise class. Special equipment can be used to increase resistance, strength and overall cardio conditioning. It's a great way to start your day. Level 3-4 M/W/F 7:15-8:15 and T/TH 7:30-8:30 a.m.
DEEP WATER AEROBICS:Start your weekend right with this energetic non-impact deep-water exercise class. Special equipment can be used to increase resistance, strength and overall cardio conditioning. It's the perfect jumpstart for your weekend. Level 4 Saturdays 9-10 a.m. (Fall, Winter, Spring)
DEEP WATER AEROBICS:Round out your day with fresh and exciting deep-water activity. You will be challenged with a full body workout that will burn those unwanted calories. Upbeat music and a variety of resistance equipment make this a well-rounded workout. Level 4-5 M-TH 8:30-9:30 p.m.
DEEP WATER AEROBICS:Join the fun and get energized every Tuesday and Thursday with this high intensity deep-water aerobics class. Experience fast paced, challenging moves that will build your water endurance and pump your cardio vascular system. It's a true calorie burner. Level 5 T/TH 6:30-7:30 p.m.
PREGNANCY FITNESS: Mothersto be will enjoy this safe and social deep water exercise class. The class begins with dry land exercises and stretching followed by deep water aerobics. Non impact movements with monitored heart rates allow guests to enjoy the benefits of exercise during pregnancy. Any stages of pregnancy are welcome, but please consult your doctor before beginning any exercise class. Level is 2-3. M/W 6:30-7:30 p.m. and T/TH 8:15-9:15 p.m.

BACK & ARTHRITIS CLASS: A very low-key stretching class designed for those who have back problems, arthritis, are recovering from surgery or just trying to relieve aches and pains by stretching. Level 2. 9:25-10:25 a.m. M/W/F (Fall, Winter, Spring); M/W/F 12:30-1:30 p.m. (Summer)

FLUID MOVES: This is a non-impact exercise class, designed for those with arthritis and recovering from injury. The program provides soothing exercises to improve strength, flexibility and balance while offering a wonderful support group. Fluid moves is also appropriate for anyone looking for low impact while rehabilitating from an injury. Level 2. M/T/W/R/F & Sun 1:00-1:55 pm.
FOREVER FIT: Enjoy this high-energy, fun, water exercise class. It's a perfect way to enhance your flexibility and range of motion. Use the water's natural buoyancy for support while utilizing special equipment for added resistance, better muscle tone and improved aerobic conditioning. Level 3. M/W/F 9:00-9:55 am
KEEPING IT FIT: Using the water's natural buoyancy, special equipment and high-energy exercise, it's the perfect way to improve your flexibility, range of motion and aerobic conditioning. Join us three days a week for this fun workout. Level 3-4. M/W/F 11:00-11:55 am

Drop on in during the 90-minute time and work out with an Aquatic Specialist who will help you meet your fitness goals. It also is a time for those recovering from sports injuries. NIGHT MOVES: It's energizing, powerful, uplifting and fun. Extremely effective for burning calories and toning muscles. The ultimate aerobic aquatic workout. Level 5. M/W: 6:30 pm T/TH 8-8:55 p.m.
PICK ME UP: Join us for this Tuesday and Thursday water exercise class. Let us pick up your spirit as well as your heart rate! This fun class uses equipment and variety to keep the workout fresh as well as challenging. Level 3-4. T/TH 8:30-8:55 a.m.
WEEKEND WARRIOR: Cross train in the water for peak performance! Challenge yourself with skills and drills in a different environment. This is a motivating and powerful workout to enhance total body conditioning. Level 4-5. Saturday 11:15-12:10 a.m.

DIG DEEP: Join us on Sundays for Deep Water Aerobics. This fun and challenging class will start your week off right! It will focus on cardio conditioning as well as an abdominal workout that will keep you coming back for more! Level 4-5. Sunday 11-11:55 a.m.

DEEP WATER AEROBICS: Join us for a 55-minute fun filled, high pace water workout. We will focus on strengthening joints, strengthening abdominal muscles, and increase cardio fitness. All the while being with friends in a friendly atmosphere. Level 4-5 M/W/F 8:00a.m.-9:00 a.m.
DEEP WATER AEROBICS: Join us for an aerobic workout. Our workouts focus on a combination of arms, legs and core body. We work on intervals and use the water resistance to our advantage. This no impact class will give you a variety of strength training. Level 4-5 T/TH 7:00a.m.-8:00 a.m.
SHALLOW WATER AEROBICS: Preserve your strength and flexibility for life. Join us in this class that focuses on aerobic strength and flexibility. We do at least 30 minutes of sustained aerobics, with a lot of stretching and muscle work. M/W/F Level 3-4 8:00a.m.-9:00 a.m.
AQUAZUMBA®: Get your body pumping before you go to work! AquaZumba® gives new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. Splashing, dancing, stretching, twisting, even shouting, laughing, hooting and hollering are often heard during an AquZumba® class. T/Th Level 4-5 7:00a.m.-8:00a.m.
