Project Summary & Public Benefits
The Park District has approved a master plan for Jordan-Husen Park. The master plan is made up of two distinct parks.
The Jackie Husen Park is a neighborhood park with typical amenities such as play equipment, pathways and open space areas. Jackie Husen Park opened in 2010, and is not a part of the bond program.
Jordan Woods Natural Area will be funded with bond money and is a linear community trail development project. Additional paved and soft surface trails, an overlook, two bridges and boardwalk will be installed to provide for complete site access.

Update
The Jordan Woods Natural Area Trail is now open!! The fences are down and Jordan Woods is now open for public use. THPRD is thrilled to have this natural area trail open, connecting Lost Park Drive to 107th Avenue and Jackie Husen Park.
