Project Summary & Public Benefits
The Natural Resources Department will be enhancing the natural area by removing non-native weeds and plants, replanting with native plants and shrubs and removing debris. During this process, the Natural Resources Department will also be enhancing the creek to ensure bank stability.

**********BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING**********
THPRD staff will present the Roger Tilbury Memorial Park preferred master plan to the Board of Directors for approval on December 3, 2012. The public meeting begins at 7pm. Members of the public are welcome to attend and comment on the project
Staff held the second neighborhood meeting for this project on November 13, 2012. Staff presented the refined master plan to a room of over 40 attendees. Major discussion topics were trail location, overlook locations, and the proposed parking lot. Based on neighborhood feedback, THPRD has removed the parking lot from the preferred master plan.
