Project Summary & Public Benefits
The 2008 bond beasure provided funds to redevelop the three-acre Roy Dancer Park. Park design will be based on public input, regulatory factors and park district needs. The park will be receving hard surface loop path, access from 150th Avenue, picnic tables, and play equipment.
Update
THPRD has submitted park plans to the City of Beaverton for Land Use approval.
THPRD held a third neighborhood meeting on September 13, 2012, to review the THPRD Board of Directors approved master plan, and to discuss play equipment options and neighbor preferences. The minutes for this meeting, as well as the approved master plan, are available to view under "Document Center" on the right side of this page.
