Food Vendor ApplicationInformation
Mobile food vendors are invited to submit an application for consideration to sell food and beverage products at one or more of the summer events, listed below.
Application must be received at THPRD by February 29. Those accepted will be notified by March 30. Submitting an application in no way guarantees acceptance of the application or the right to sell food items at any THPRD venue.
Vendors selected through the application process are required to complete a Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District FoodConcessionaire Agreement packet, including copies of food vendor license and all permits required by Washington County Health Department. The agreement will be sent to selected applicants and must be signed and returned to THPRD on or before April 30.
THPRD will review agreement packet and, if accepted, provide signed, print copy of agreement to food vendor on or before June 1.
Due to the large number of applicants received we will not be able to return applications to vendors – please be sure to keep a copy for your records.

Concert & Theater in the Park series (Held in various parks in July and August - date/time/location to be announced)
Party in the Park Hosts Beaverton International Celebration (Saturday, July 29; 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.; HMT Recreation Complex, 15707 SW Walker Rd., Beaverton, OR 97006)
Summer Celebration Concert; (Saturday, August 18; 6-8:30 p.m.; HMT Recreation Complex, 15707 SW Walker Rd., Beaverton, OR 97006)
