Celebrate parks and summertime with a FREE concert at Garden Home Park!
Artist: "Stone In Love" will take you back in time, to the days when Journey ruled the radio airwaves. This Portland-based band is a high-energy tribute to one of the top-selling bands of all time. Their set list includes Don’t Stop Believin’, Faithfully and other chart-topping sing-a-longs that are just as enjoyable a quarter-century later as they were when you first heard them.
Bring your family, a lawn chair or blanket, and meet your neighbors and friends for a summer evening of fun and music.
Seating is on the grass; beach/sand chairs or blankets for seating are encouraged. Regular height lawn chairs will be asked to move to the side or rear. Food and beverages are available for purchase, or bring your own picnic. Alcohol is not allowed. Leashed dogs are welcome to attend with their owners.
Along with community partners and sponsors, our Rec Mobile and the Nature Mobile will be on site to engage kids with games and activities.
Shuttle Stop: Lamb's Thriftway, 7410 SW Oleson Rd Portland, OR 97223 (Shuttle runs every 15 minutes from 5:15 - 8:45 p.m.
Parking: On street parking on Alden Road and at 82nd and 83rd avenues and on nearby neighborhood streets. See Map.
