Childcare Info
Cedar Hills Recreation Center offers quality childcare to accommodate parents attending on-site programs or those who choose to leave the premises for up to three hours. We offer both drop-in options and reservations.
Our childcare staff supports the intellectual, social and emotional development of each child. The nurturing environment helps care for children who may be experiencing their first structured separation from a parent as well as providing activities for a wide variety of age ranges.

In-district fee
- $3.00 per hour per child.

- Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
- Monday-Friday, 5:15-8:30 p.m. (* No drop-ins after 8pm)

Class Pick-Up & Drop-Off
Our staff is happy to pick your child up from any Cedar Hills Recreation Center class and bring them back to our childcare room until you are ready to sign them out for the day. We can also drop them off at any CHRC class for you if they need to start their day with us in childcare. Please call the front desk for more details.
Drop-in childcare is open on a first-come, first-serve basis, subject to availability. Call and confirm availability before bringing your child. Any amount of pre-paid drop-in hours can be purchased at the front desk and are only good for one year from the date purchased.
If you know the specific days and times you would like to reserve in our childcare, reservation cards can be purchased for a term at a time.
* Missed reservations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
* Both pre-paid drop-in hours and reservation hours expire at the end of one year from the date of purchase.
