New BODYPUMP classes!
This is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major mucsle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music and awesome instructors will inspire you to get the results you want fast!

Personal training
Private appointments with a personal trainer are available to customize your fitness program. Sessions are 60 minutes long. Please contact the office to schedule your appointment.
1 Session: $43 ID
3 Sessions: $129 ID
6 Sessions: $242 ID
Weight room orientation
Meet with one of our personal trainers for a one-hour session where you will be given an introduction to our fitness rooms. You will be shown how to work out and what each machine does. This is a great opportunity for those who have never worked with weight room equipement or if you just need a refresher.
One session: $38 ID
