At Cedar Hills "we are fitness!"
We have dedicated two rooms to that charge - a room fitted solely for cardio workouts and another for weights and strength training. Whether you want to beef up or trim down, we have the equipment for you.
Our equipment is professionally maintained and our skilled staff is trained to help you get the most out of the weight and cardio rooms. Stop by, or call the front office for to set up a one-hour weight room orientation with one of our trainers.
During your orientation, you will learn how to operate our equipment and the proper techniques for using our machines. You'll also be given a basic program to get you started. Pre-registration is required. $40 ID. See our Personal Training section for more personal training options.
Weight room and cardio room information
The fitness rooms attract a wonderful base of customers who help to create a relaxed and friendly environment. We have circuit weight training machines and free weights, including benches, squat racks and cross cable frame. Our cardio machines include stationary bikes, treadmills, a stair climber, elliptical trainers and rowing machines. Stretching areas also are provided. Enjoy our two large fitness rooms!

You can purchase a Frequent User Pass:
O. D. patrons must purchase an assessment fee to by a pass ($288 annual or $72 quarter).
You can purchase a Drop-In Pass:

Hours of operation
Monday-Friday: 5:30 a.m. - 10 p.m.
Saturday: 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Sunday: 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
The fitness rooms are designed for patrons ages 16 years and up. Minors must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian (parents can pick up the waiver form at our office). No one under age 14 is allowed in the fitness rooms unless prearranged by the Center Supervisor and accompanied by an adult (parent, guardian, parent-approved coach or THPRD fitness instructor).
To use the rooms
You must have a pass or purchase a drop-in ticket and check in at the front desk. Please bring identification with you. THPRD residency card and Oregon driver's license are required. High school students may use driver's license, district I.D. card or student body card for identification.
All of that fitness equipment can look pretty confusing, and every magazine on the market seems to have a different approach to weight lifting. Our certified personal trainers will assist you in developing an individualized exercise program during a private, one-hour session. You will learn basic nutrition, set personal fitness goals designed for your body type, and confidently use our weight and cardio equipment. Body composition testing is also available.
