THPRD welcomes you to historic Fanno Farmhouse, tucked away in a tranquil setting adjacent to Greenway Park.
The Fanno Farmhouse is an ideal location for your next event. It is convenient yet secluded. Arrange a business meeting in an environment perfect for a confidential brainstorming session that will always be remembered.
Corporate events can be scheduled for as many as 10 guests.
Building Rental
$50 per hour (4-hour minimum). Billing begins when you begin using the building and ends when you leave.

No in-house catering options available.
Payment
You will be invoiced for services rendered during the week after your event. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, checks and cash. Checks should be made payable to the Jenkins Estate and mailed to 8005 SW Grabhorn Rd, Beaverton, OR 97007-8781.
Building Accommodations
Loveseat couches and end tables decorate the living room for informal work sessions. Six-foot tables are available for a board room seating.
