Fitness Information
Fitness classes at Garden Home are taught by certified fitness professionals. We offer a variety of class options and times, and our class sizes allow for lots of personal attention. Our classes appeal to all fitness levels from Gentle Paced Fitness to the elite athlete.
BodyPump Classes offered:
Monday and Wednesday, 5:35-6:35am
Tuesday and Thursday, 9:35-10:35am
Monday and Wednesday, 5:25-6:25pm.
Garden Home offers an extensive selection of high-quality fitness classes, seven days a week, both mornings and evenings, including:
- Yoga
- Pilates
- Tai Chi
- Total Body Boot Camp
- Gentle Paced Aerobics
- ZumbaMartial Arts
Registration is ongoing.
Affordable childcare is available for $3 per hour for parents taking classes Monday-Friday morning, 8:15-11:45am and Monday-Thursday evening, 5:15-8:30pm. Please call 503/629-6341 or search our class listings for more details.

Single Yoga/1.5hr - $14.50 ID
20 Punch Fitness Pass - $105 ID
In-district seniors 55 years and older receive a 25 percent discount on class cost.
Personal Training
Our nationally certified personal trainer will assist you in developing an individualized exercise program in this private, one 
hour session. You will learn basic nutrition, set personal fitness goals designed for your body type, and confidently useboth our weight and aerobic equipment. Body composition testing is also available.

Personal Trainer's Office Hours
Drop in with your questions and meet our certified personal trainer during office hours in the weight room. This is a complementary service.
