Stroller Fitness Program
Baby Boot Camp - Stroller Fitness Program
Join Portland's premier stroller fitness program for moms and moms-to-be. Baby Boot Camp is designed specifically to help moms get fit. Classes combine strength-training exercises with cardiovascular drills. Pilates, yoga, and abdominal exercises help improve core strength. The stroller and resistance tubes are used as an integral part of the workout. All classes are taught by nationally certified personal trainers and group exercise instructors with pre/postnatal backgrounds to ensure that classes are safe, meet your goals, and are fun and challenging.
Moms may choose to come without children, but children of all ages are always welcome! Bring snacks and toys for your child to enjoy in the stroller during class. After the 60-minute session, kids get out to run and play. Participants are also invited to join us for Moms Night Out every month. Baby Boot Camp is a great way to meet other active moms.
