Roller Hockey

Visit our state-of-the-art outdoor roller hockey arena, located on the north end of the Howard M. Terpenning Recreation Complex.
In the interest of energy conservation, the rink is lit only when actively in use. Groups using the rink may arrange for the lights to be turned on by leaving a driver's license with the front desk staff of the Athletic Center. When play is completed, please retrieve your identification to have the lights turned off. For safety purposes the lights will not be turned on if there are puddles on the ground or if the temperature is at or below 32 degrees Fahrenheit.
This fully contained, regulation size rink is open for free drop-in play when not reserved for programs or rentals. Rentals will be posted on the gate, please respect the users that have rented the facility. Note guidelines posted at the rink.
Roller hockey clinics, camps and leagues are offered at the rink in cooperation with Indoor Goals. For more information or to register, call (503) 629-9500.
Rules and Guidelines
Warning: Roller Hockey can be a hazardous recreational activity and can cause serious injury. The arena surface is extremely dangerous when wet. Any use of this facility is at your own risk.
Protective equipment is strongly recommended, including helmets with face shield, mouth guard, knee pads, shin guards, elbow pads, hockey gloves and protective cup (males) or pelvic protector (females).
Any person violating any provision of THPRD rules and regulations or any law of the State of Oregon may be excluded from Park District property.
Use of abusive, threatening or obscene language is prohibited.
Alcoholic beverages and tobacco products are prohibited at this THPRD facility.
THPRD reserves the right to schedule this facility for programs and rentals. When not reserved, this facility is open for drop-in play.
Protect your roller hockey arena from abuse. This is your arena; please help to preserve it.
Keep all food and beverage outside of the arena.
Please clean wheels and bearings of debris before entering arena.
Skates only. Skateboards, scooters and bicycles are not permitted.
