*Office closes one hour before the facility does for special event days.

Court Reservations
Reservations may be made over the phone or in person (NOT online). Methods of payment that may be used over the phone are THPRD gift cards or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover). In person, patrons may also use cash or check.
The table below summarizes when patrons may reserve courts and when prepayment is required. Please note only in-district patrons with accounts in good standing will be allowed to reserve courts in advance.

* Individuals may only reserve one court for one or two hours per day
Cancellations
To be eligible for any refund, patrons must cancel their indoor courts at least four hours prior to the start of the reservation. Outdoor courts require a two-hour cancellation notice. Patrons who do not give notice will be liable for the court fees. A voicemail will suffice as notice if the facility is not open. 503/629-6331.
Court Reservation Fees
- Non-Prime hours are year-round from 8-9 a.m and 1-3 p.m. weekdays that are normal operating hours.
- All summertime hours are non-prime (June 1 - Aug 31).
- ALL Holiday schedule hours (including weekdays) will be treated as prime. All other hours will be treated as prime
- Out of district patrons can purchase an assessment fee on either a quarterly or annual basis. And the household will then be treated as in-district for pricing purposes (no prorating is available for the assessment fee). No senior discount is available for out of district patrons.
- Out of district patrons (W/O an assessment) who play with an in-district patron will pay 3 times what the in-district pays.
