The Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District welcomes you to the tranquil setting enveloping the historic Jenkins Estate. Tucked in a wooded niche crowning Cooper Mountain, the estate offers a splendid view of the Tualatin Valley and surrounding mountains.
The Jenkins Estate is an ideal location for your next event. It is convenient yet secluded. Arrange a business meeting in an environment perfect for a confidential brainstorming session that will always be remembered.

Jenkins Estate, which includes the Main House, Stable and Gate House, is set on 68 scenic acres. It provides privacy and yet is only 10 minutes from downtown Beaverton.

Rental
Building rental: $40 per hour, or $30 per hour if using in-house catering. Billing begins when you begin using the building and ends when you leave.
Equipment for rent per event/day
- Flip chart(s) with paper and markers (max 4) $10/day
- White dry erase board(s) with markers (max 2) $6/day
- Multimedia projection machine and screen (1) $200/day
- Overhead projector and screen (1) $20/day
- Projection screen only $10/day
- TV/VCR/DVD $40/day
- Photo copies (per copy) 5 cents each
- Color photo copies (per copy) 50 cents each
Who sets up?
Jenkins Estate maintenance staff will set up the chairs and tables in a pre-determined layout prior to your rental time.
Who cleans up?
Jenkins Estate maintenance staff will break down and clean up the facility following your rental.
Jenkins Estate staff
A host or hostess in the office will assist with minor administrative needs or to run the elevator/lift in the Stable if needed. If you order catering services, you will have at least one hostess assigned to your event.
Catering options
Breakfast
$10.75/person
Continental breakfast: Assortment of fresh baked pastries and muffins along with an array of fresh fruit; orange juice and coffee (regular and decaf) and assorted teas.
Sunrise breakfast: Yogurt, bran muffins and an assortment of bagels and cream cheese along with an array of fresh fruit, orange juice and coffee (regular and decaf) and assorted teas
Optional additional breakfast items
$2.25/person
Choose from scrambled eggs or hot cereal with toppings.
Lunch
$15/person: Entree, salad (or soup), bread, dessert
Entrees may include one of the following...
Winter selections:
South of the Border (chicken casserole); baked Lasagna, beef & Broccoli Stir Fry, Chicken Fettuccini, Soup & Salad, Gourmet Pizza.

Payment
You will be invoiced for services rendered during the week after your event. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Payment can also be made by check or cash. Please make checks payable to the Jenkins Estate and mail to 8005 SW Grabhorn Rd., Beaverton, OR 97007-8781. Thank you. Inclement weather or other safety-related events
We always strive for great communication between our staff and your event planner and/or department manager to ensure all guests arrive and depart safely from the Estate.
Should weather pose a safety risk the morning of your event, Jenkins Estate staff may recommend that your meeting be delayed until 10 a.m. or noon or rescheduled to another date (with no penalty to your organization). If safety concerns arise in the afternoon of your event, communication between your on-site contact and the Jenkins Estate staff will be discussed near the lunch hour.
