Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District welcomes you to this tranquil setting, tucked in the wooded niche of Cooper Mountain. The revitalized 68- acre country Estate consists of natural growth areas in the perimeter, giving way to, cultivated gardens, and a tamed landscape of ornamental trees, shrubs, flowers and winding gravel pathways.
The Estate will provide the perfect backdrop that will make your wedding day one that you and your guests will treasure for a lifetime.
The lush grounds offers three outdoor garden ceremony sites, the Meadow, Belles Haven or the Tea House. In addition, you have the choice of the Main House or Stable for your reception.

Main House
The Main House was built in 1912, and has a full-length veranda, beamed ceilings, hardwood floors,
ornate light fixtures and stone fireplaces.
Stable
The refurbished 2-level Stable is a charming building with large carriage doors, hardwood floors,
stage and dance area and outdoor patio.

Dishes: A dish package is available in the Main House only

Gate House Rental
Additional Bridal dressing area: $250
(Available option with rental of the venue, within selected time block.)
Note: this is a dressing area outside the reception facility; they are allocated dressing areas within the Main House and Stable
Rehearsal Dinner w/caterer: $275 rental
(up to 25 guests, 2 hour rental)

Catering
The Jenkins Estate has a catering list. Each caterer has extensive experience with the Jenkins Estate to provide a memorable meal. No outside caterers or self-catering are allowed.
