Wednesdays- Forest Bathing series, 930a, 4/10-5/1 at Lowami Park. Meet at benches near park entrance.

Saturdays- Tai Chi, 9a at Tallac Terrace. Meet at covered area near playground.

May 1, 6:30PM Commonwealth Park: Breath, Walk, Reset. Learn how to help yourself or others in overwhelming situations during the free instructor-led walk. Meet at Foothills Dr. and SW Dellwood Ave.

May 11, 9:30AM Jackie Husen Park: Pen to Paper. Learn how journaling or writing prompts can help you work through mental blocks or everyday challenges you may face. Meet at park entrance near restrooms.

May 15, 6:30PM Rock Creek Trail: Make it a Habit. Learn about creating habits and how being consistent in even the little tasks of your day can have a big impact on you. Meet at NW 177th Ave and NW Blacktail Dr.

May 25, 9:30AM Jenkins Estate: Fuel Your Mind, Fuel Your Body. Learn about the benefits of fueling your body and mind. Meet at lower Jenkins Estate parking lot.

May 29, 6:30PM Fanno Creek Trail: Community: You Are Not Alone. Learn about the benefits of finding your community. Meet at Garden Home parking lot near trailhead.
