• If your application materials are incomplete, illegible or improperly completed, it may be rejected even if you are qualified for the position for which you are applying. 
• We are unable to accept resumes without a properly completed application. 
• Applications will not be accepted after 5:00 p.m. on the closing date. 
• Due to the large volume of applications received, we are unable to confirm receipt of mailed or faxed applications, or return phone calls inquiring into the status of an application submitted. 
• All applicants will be contacted regarding the status of their application after the job closes and applications are reviewed.  The time between closure of a job opening and contacting the applicants varies.  Those chosen for an interview will be contacted by phone.  Those not chosen for an interview will receive a letter.
