Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District

Park Improvement Volunteers

We hope you will join the Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District as we work to protect and restore the natural areas in our community. Below is a list of park improvement events where we need volunteer help.

If you have questions about an event, contact Melissa Marcum, Natural Resources Volunteer Coordinator, at 503/629-6305 Ext. 2720 or mmarcum@thprd.org. New events will be added periodically, so check back for updated information.

Important Notice

PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL EVENTS LISTED BELOW.

We ask that volunteers bring reusable water bottles to drink from throughout the day and hope that volunteers will take this simple step to assist us in our efforts to reduce waste at the end of the day.

For these projects, volunteers should wear long pants, old tennis shoes or hiking boots and weather appropriate clothing. Feel free to bring heavy-duty work gloves, loppers and a shovel, however tools and gloves will be provided.
