Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District

Park Improvement Volunteers

We hope you will join the Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District as we work to protect and restore natural areas in our community. Below is a list of park improvement events where we need volunteer help.

If you have questions about an event, please contact Melissa Marcum, Natural Resources Volunteer Coordinator, at 503/629-6305 Ext. 2953 or e-mail at mmarcum@thprd.org. New events will be added periodically, so please check back for updated information.

Important Notice

For each of the projects listed below, we ask that volunteers bring reusable water bottles to drink from throughout the day. We hope that volunteers will take this simple step to assist us in our efforts to reduce waste at the end of our events and at the end of the day.

Volunteers should also wear weather appropriate clothing and bring heavy-duty work gloves, loppers and a shovel, if possible. Extra tools and gloves will be provided.
