Description
Mothers to be will enjoy this safe and social deep water exercise class. The class begins with dry land exercises and stretching followed by deep water aerobics. Non impact movements with monitored heart rates allow guests to enjoy the benefits of exercise during pregnancy. Any stages of pregnancy are welcome, but please consult your doctor before beginning any exercise class. Level is 2-3.
