Request for Proposal: Lobbying Services

Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District is posting requests for proposals for lobbying services and advocacy support. There is an RFP for both state lobbying support and for federal lobbying support. Firms are invited to submit proposals for either or both RFPs. Submittals are due Wednesday, September 25, 2024.
