A public meeting of the Board of Directors to adopt the budget for fiscal year July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021 will be held on June 16, 2020, at 6:30 pm. In response to the current health emergency resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, the district facilities are currently closed to the public and meetings are being held electronically.
The meeting will be available for viewing via the district’s scheduled YouTube channel: June 16, 2020 - https://youtu.be/wQXyhQUsOeQ. The meeting will also be recorded and available via a link on the District website at www.thprd.org no less than 5 business days following the meeting.
Public comment will be taken in written format. Written comments received by 5 pm on June 16, 2020 will be read during the public comment section of the meeting on June 16, 2020.
Written comments will be subject to a three-minute time limit per community member. Please provide written comments to firstname.lastname@example.org.
