Kokedama With Conifers Drop-In Programs
Celebrate the holidays uniquely and sustainably! You’ll learn to create and
care for a striking, one-of-a-kind and sustainable Japanese tabletop moss
ball using PNW native or non-native conifers (depending on availability) as
a festive adornment, inspired by the minimalist Charlie Brown Christmas Drop-In Yoga
Tree. For this class, cancellation or drops must be received seven days
in advance. No refunds or credit will be given with less than seven days’
notice. The Tualatin Hills Nature Center offers yoga classes for ages 14+.

Did you jump on the mason bee bandwagon this spring and now aren’t sure
what comes next? Bring in your mason bee house or mason bee tubes and
we’ll guide you through the process step-by-step, building your skills and
confidence in backyard pollinator care alongside fellow bee enthusiasts.
In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to harvest, clean, and store your
mason bee cocoons to keep them healthy through the winter and ready for
spring. If you don’t have filled tubes but still want to learn we will have
extras you can practice with.
