Women’s Guided Hiking Series
Step into the outdoors with confidence and connection! Our Women’s Guided Hiking
Series, designed to bring women together to explore scenic trails, build skills, and enjoy
the beauty of nature in a supportive and welcoming environment. Open to women
participants only. Exact routes are subject to change. Instructors may adjust hiking paths
based on weather, trail conditions, safety, and group needs.
Autumn Trails at Tryon Creek Natural Area
Enjoy a refreshing outdoor escape as we explore the scenic trails of Tryon Creek Natural
Area. Beginning on a forested trail, the group will follow a mix of wide paths and
narrower sections, crossing several bridges along the way. This 3.3-mile hike includes
approximately 459 feet of elevation gain, with gentle elevation changes throughout the
route. Planned pauses for rest, conversation, and taking in the surroundings are built
into the hike. Group will meet at Cedar Hills Recreation Center and travel together to
Tryon Creek Natural Area.

Ridge Views at Chehalem Nature Park
Enjoy a refreshing outdoor escape as we explore the scenic trails of Chehalem Ridge
Nature Park. Beginning at the Woodland Trail trailhead, our group will make our way
through peaceful forested paths before transitioning onto the Witches Butter Trail,
where beautiful ridge views and quiet moments in nature await. This out-and-back hike is
approximately 4.2 miles round trip (2.1 miles each way), with benches and planned pauses
along the route for rest, conversation, and taking in the surroundings. Group will meet at
Cedar Hills Recreation Center and travel together to Chehalem Nature Park.

Waterfall Views at Multnomah Falls
Experience one of Oregon’s most iconic destinations with a guided group hike at
Multnomah Falls. This 2.4-mile round-trip hike includes a moderate climb to the upper
viewing platform, featuring approximately 820 feet of elevation gain. Along the
way, participants will enjoy stunning waterfall views, the iconic Benson Bridge, and
breathtaking Gorge scenery. Planned pauses for rest, conversation, and photos are
built into the route. The group will meet at Cedar Hills Recreation Center and travel
together to Multnomah Falls.
