Get ready to sweat and show your pride at our fun-filled fitness workout on June 15! Join us for a fun and challenging workout lead by a THPRD personal trainer that will leave you feeling energized and proud. Whether you're a beginner or a fitness enthusiast, this workout is for everyone. We'll be working on a variety of exercises that will target your whole body and make you feel amazing.
The event will take place at TBD, starting at 6:00 pm. In addition to the workout, there will be music, raffle and more to keep you motivated throughout the session. This is a free event and open to all, so bring your friends and family and let's celebrate PRIDE together. Don't forget to wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle. See you there!
