Explore our 25 vendors and resources all focused on women’s health. Celebrate Women’s History Month with THPRD by taking of care of future you! Light refreshments provided.

Join Coach Carmen from Reshod Walking Shoes for a FREE walking group where you will learn how to walk faster and more pain-free. No registration required. Meet at the park entrance at SW Huntington and SW Lanewood Street, just south of Butner.

Virginia Garcia Mobile Health Van Medical Services Front Parking Lot | 9 am - 2 pm
Virgina Garcia is offering mobile health services, we will have a sign-up sheet available at the front desk at Cedar Hills for folks to reserve their spot! The van will be open to walk-ins if all appointment spots are not filled. Virgina Garcia will provide the following services:
Acute Care Appointments with Doctor (20min) - focused care appointments with a provider
Ancillary Services with Medical Professionals (A1c screening, Blood pressure, vaccines, flu shots, etc.)
Cost to Public: Will bill insurance if available, will vary by service completed, sliding scale for any service, no payment collected onsite.

Does the event cost to attend? No, the event is free to the public.
Are you still accepting vendors? We are currently full for our 2026 vendor list, but are accepting waitlist spots and interest for our 2027 event.
Do I need to register for anything? No, no registration is required to attend the event or the sessions. Everything is a first come basis.
Where in Cedar Hills will everything be located? The vendor hall will be located in the main gym, the sessions will take place in RM 6 and RM 3.
Where can I park as an attendee? Patrons are encouraged to park in Cedar Hills main lot, back lot, surrounding neighborhood, and church lot across the street. Note that 7-8 parking spots will be reserved for the Virginia Garcia Mobile Health Van in the front main lot.

Will your weight/cardio spaces be open during the event? Yes, there will be no operational impact to those spaces!
Will fitness classes be cancelled the day of the event? No, our fitness classes will happen before the event and we encourage y’all to take class and stay for the event after!
Who is this event for? This event is targeted for women of all backgrounds.
Can I bring my kids? Will there be kid’s activities? Children are allowed to attend the event. Please note that services highlighted are not geared toward youth and there will be no youth focused activities or offerings.

If I don’t identify as a woman, can I still come? While the majority of services are geared toward women’s health, there will be vendors whose services extend beyond those who identify as a woman. Or come and grab information for a friend, family member, or partner!
