Join us at Cedar Hills Recreation Center for our annual Fall Festival! This family-oriented event will be on Saturday, Oct. 26, from 11 am to 2 pm. Get into the season's spirit with inflatables, obstacle courses, arts and crafts, carnival games, pumpkin painting, photo ops, special performances by a Star Wars-affiliated Lightsaber Guild, spooky treat decorating, and more! Bring the whole family, we have activities for ghosts, ghouls, and goblins of all ages. Price is $8.00 per child (2yo and over), pay at the door. Costumes encouraged! Event Listing Here »

Open enrollment for our 2024-2025 THRIVE afterschool program begins May 16 for anyone not already attending THRIVE. A virtual open house will be held on Wednesday, April 24, 2024, at 6 pm. Call the center for more information. THRIVE Afterschool Program Information »

ABOUT

Housed in a former elementary school originally built in the 1950's, the Cedar Hills Recreation Center features a wide variety of recreational programming. Our facility offers fitness classes, weight/cardio rooms, 9-month preschool and THRIVE elementary afterschool programs, an indoor gymnasium, an indoor play park (seasonal), fully equipped gymnastics room, kitchen for cooking, middle school Track & Field/Cross Country, and hundreds of recreational classes, camps, activities and special events for all ages, year-round! GETTING HERE

We are located on SW Cedar Hills Blvd and SW Park Way. If the front parking lot is full, an additional back parking lot is available off of SW Berkshire St.

Escape the gloomy weather and join us at our indoor play park program starting back up October 1, 2024 on Tu/Th mornings 10-12pm! Families with children 6 and under are welcome to gather and interact, helping develop motor and social skills during indoor play. Adult supervision is required. Volunteer to help us set up for this fun, family-oriented event! Provide assistance decorating the facility, setting up tables and laying out activities for the big event. Multiple shifts are available. Please bring a reusable water bottle to drink from throughout your shift.
