Rental & Party Information

Welcome to Garden Home Recreation Center! Whether you're planning a birthday party, workshop, sports practice, recital or a large community event, Garden Home is the ideal choice to host your next event.

Private Rentals

All rentals are subject to availability; submitting an inquiry does not guarantee a reservation. Rentals must be made at least two weeks in advance before facility use. Please note: You will have access to your rental space at the start of your scheduled time and must be fully cleaned up and vacated by the end of your rental time.

Classrooms - $80/hour

Business, Board, and Community Meetings, Workshops, Community Events, and Parties.

• Room capacity: 40 people.
• Includes set-up tables and chairs.
• Food and drink are permitted.

Gymnastics Room 3 – $90/hour

Sports Practice, Parties, and Community Activities.

• Room capacity: 25 participants + 25 non-participants
• Safety monitor required for $25/hour.
• Food and drink are not permitted.
• Gymnastics area: shoe-free zone.

Gymnasium – $90/hour

Sports Practices, Parties, and Large Events.

• Room capacity: 299.
• Sports equipment available with an additional fee of $25.
• Food and drink are permitted with a possible additional maintenance fee.
• Tables and chairs are available with an additional fee of $50.50/hour.
• Outside tables and chairs are not permitted.

Studio Room – $130/hour

Dance Recitals, Fitness, and Practices.

• Room capacity: 40 people.
• Food and drink are not permitted.

Covered Area – $85/three hours

• Includes six picnic tables.
• The covered area is the only reserved space, does not include playground or field.

Additional Rental Information & Guidelines:

• Free Wi-Fi is accessible on site.
• If decorations need to be hung, painters tape is the only approved adhesive. Drilling, puncturing, or attaching anything to walls, ceilings, or fixtures is strictly prohibited. Freestanding decorations preferred.
• Rental groups are responsible for cleaning the rented areas following their event. Renters will be held financially responsible for any damage to the facility caused directly or indirectly by their group members or guests.
• General liability insurance may be required for certain events or rentals.
