                                                               ages of 5 and 17 and be able to swim 25 yards of crawl stroke and
         TriMet Bus Routes #52, #76, #78                       25 yards of backstroke.  While not required to compete, swim meets
                                                               are held on some Saturdays during the season.

                                                               Aqua Zumba®: For those looking to make a splash by adding a

                                                               This class takes place is shallow water and is appropriate for all

          experience disability. We offer lessons to people who
          experience cognitive disabilities, physical disabilities, anxieties,
          behavioral challenges, or sensory differences. Since the lessons
          are individualized, we can tailor them to the specific needs
          of the swimmer. We allow for non-traditional progression of
          skills, while continuing to focus on safety, and swimming goals
