Achieve your fitness goals in one of our Aquatics Water Fitness classes!
Drop-In Water Fitness classes are available at the Tualatin Hills Aquatic Center, Beaveton Swim Center, Harman Swim Center and Conestoga Recreation and Aquatic Center.
To make finding the right water fitness class easier than ever, THPRD is excited to announce updated class names and level definitions.
These classes will focus on breathing, stretching, range of motion, and balance. No experience is needed. Classes are appropriate for all fitness levels and those with arthritis.
Shallow Water Fitness: Flex & Stretch
Deep Water Fitness: Hydro Care
Therapeutic/Specialized Aquatics: Healing Waters* (Not available at this time)
Level 2: Moderate Intensity
In these classes, the focus is on range of motion, stretching, and moderate aerobic activity.
Shallow Water Fitness: Cardio Core
Deep Water Fitness: Dig Deep
Level 3: Moderate to High Intensity
Focus here is on building aerobic endurance and strength. Some endurance for physical activity is recommended.

Specialty Water Fitness: AquaZumba®, Aqua Yoga
