Middle School XC: Saturday Training
Add extra miles and extra camaraderie with our Saturday Cross Country Middle School
sessions. Runners from across the district come together for fun and No School Day Adventures
focused workouts featuring distance runs, drills, and games designed
to improve speed, endurance, and confidence. Open to all athletes No school? No problem. Spend the day at Cedar Hills Recreation Center
participating in the Middle School Cross Country program, these sessions with friends, games, and a built-in adventure. Middle Schoolers check in
are the perfect way to get race-ready while connecting with teammates at Cedar Hills Recreation Center in the morning and take part in a mix of
beyond weekday practices. Practices take place at Cedar Hills Recreation onsite activities with an offsite field trip planned. Each session features
