Interested in gaining the essential ingredients of highly productive organizations? We help you build corporate social responsibility and maintain optimum employee performance through team-building activities.
We make it easy for corporate and other volunteer teams to get involved in the community in a meaningful and constructive way. Our staff coordinates all logistics, materials, supplies and tools needed for these special team-building projects.
Typical activities include gardening at the beautiful Jenkins Estate, hosting work parties to restore native habitat, decorating for holiday events, and serving the community in many other leadership roles.
Program Details
- Team-building activities are scheduled weekdays during regular business hours, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., with teams of five or more volunteers working together 2-4 hours.
- Volunteers meet at the activity site and work side by side with our staff (and often our education partners) on activities that will make a difference in our community.
- Activities are completed in one day. Volunteers can participate in the morning or afternoon.
Please contact Debra Fife, Volunteer and Special Events Coordinator, if you would like to get involved or have any questions about our team-building opportunities. Contact her at 503/645-6433 or at dfife@thprd.org.
