Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District serves Beaverton, Ore., and surrounding areas with park and recreation services, including classes, camps, swim lessons, sports leagues and other programs for youth and adults. No membership is required to partcipate in THPRD programs, but participants must create an account before using the online registration system.

Discounts
Seniors: A 10% discount is provided for in-district residents 65 years and older (except at the Stuhr Center, where a discount is already included in the price).
Youth: A 10% discount, on drop-in activities and passes only, is provided to guests 17 and under.
Military Families: Families of individuals (with government-issued ID) who are currently serving or who have served (active duty, National Guard, Reserves, veterans, and retirees) in the U.S. military (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines and Coast Guard) receive a 10% discount on qualifying programs and services.
Notes:
Someone representing multiple protected classes – for example, a 65-year-old military veteran – is not eligible for multiple discounts.
Above discounts available to district residents only.
Discounts cannot be used for subsidized activities, including private lessons, facility rentals, trips, childcare, concessions, merchandise, and special events.
Cancellations and Refunds
THPRD reserves the right to cancel or postpone classes that don’t meet minimum enrollment up to 72 hours before class begins. In this event, you will receive a full refund.
You may cancel a class at any time. In order to receive a full refund, your request must be received at least five days before the first class meeting. Requests made between five days and the start date of the class will be refunded (minus applicable fees) to a THPRD gift card.
Each member listed on your account may cancel up to two classes, per term. Each subsequent cancellation is subject to an administrative fee of $10 ($20 when canceled between five days and the start date of the class).
Programs operated with third party vendors may require earlier cancellation, which will be noted in the class description and on your invoice. In this event, no refund will be provided with less than the required notice.
Camps
Camps require a deposit of $30 per week at registration; deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Payment in full required at least 14 days before start date.
Cancellations made at least 14 days before start date will be refunded (minus deposit). Within 14 days, refunds are available only in extraordinary circumstances with approval from the center supervisor.
Tennis
Request to drop or change a reservation for a tennis court must be made two days prior to the reservation for a full refund.
Refunds
Full refunds will be processed by the method of payment used; partial refunds will be refunded by check. Credits of more than $2 will be refunded in a timely manner (typically processed every Monday, Wednesday & Friday, adjusting for holidays). Credits of less than $2 will remain in the system for future use.
Purchases made with THPRD Gift Cards are nonrefundable, with one exception; patrons may request a refund for any card with a balance of less than $5.
