NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING
A public meeting of the budget committee of the Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District will be held at 6 pm on February 23, 2022. In response to the current health emergency resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, meetings are being held electronically. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the budget for the current fiscal year, July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022, to elect budget committee officers and to receive comment from the public on the current year budget and the budget for the next fiscal year. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the budget committee will take place. The meeting will be available for viewing via the District’s scheduled YouTube channel https://youtu.be/TSyN9TbcaU4. The meetings will also be recorded and available via a link on the District website at www.thprd.org no later than 5 business days following the meeting.
Testimony is being accepted for this meeting via email (written) or virtually via MS Teams (spoken). If you wish to submit written testimony via email, please do so by 5 pm on February 22, 2022 to firstname.lastname@example.org or via phone message to 503-629-6381. Testimony received by the deadline will be read into the record during Public Input with a 3-minute time limit. If you wish to speak during the virtual meeting, please sign up by emailing email@example.com by 5 pm on February 22, 2022 with your name, email address, phone number and testimony topic. You will be provided additional instructions and a link to access the meeting. Testimony will be taken with a 3-minute time limit during Public Input.
