Hitting wall to be removed at Harman Swim Center

Within the next six weeks, the park maintenance department will have a contractor remove the hitting wall that sits between the basketball courts adjacent the Harman Swim Center. The wall has been the target of repeated acts of vandalism.

The project, which should only take a few days to complete, will include removal of the wall and patching the asphalt on the basketball courts. During this time – dates TBA as of now – the basketball courts will be closed. The project is not expected to impact other areas of the park.
