A warm, friendly, full-service facility with cardio (adaptive motion trainer) and circuit equipment, free weights, cross cable machine, squat rack and more. Our facility also has locker rooms and shower facilities. Day-use lockers and a stretching area also included.

Our personal trainers, Jeanette Wiersma and Story Heath-Mckee, can customize your very own exercise routine for home or travel. They are available to meet at a time that is convenient for you.
Orientation
Learn the proper techniques for using the weight room equipment. This session is led by a certified personal trainer that can get your workout routine off to a great start. Discuss goals and learn how to use some of the weight and cardio machines. $48.50 ID
Age Requirement
The weight and cardio room is designed for patrons ages 14 years and up. Minors must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian (parents can pick up the waiver form at our office).
No one under the age 14 is allowed unless prearranged by a manager and accompanied by an adult (parent, guardian, parent-approved coach,+ or THPRD fitness instructor).
