SPLASH Online: Join us for half an hour of virtual stroke discussion and swimming theory and 15 minutes of a dry-land workout focused on keeping your swimming muscles toned for when we can get back in the water.
The videos being produced by THPRD are intended to be used for instructional and educational tools. Use these videos when you are unable to access a pool, or when you would like additional practice. Adult supervision is recommended when your child is in or around water.
