Project Summary & Public Benefits

Passage of the 2008 bond measure provided funds to redevelop the three-acre Roger Tilbury Memorial Park. The park is anticipated to receive amenties including a trail network, creek crossing, overlook, and a playground. Master planning on the project began in summer 2012.

Update

Roger Tilbury Memorial Park has recieved master plan approval from the Board of Directors for approval on December 3, 2012. THPRD staff and design consultant Greenworks will continue to prepare documents for Land Use approval and permitting.
