The Conestoga Recreation & Aquatic Center, opened in 1998, is THPRD's only joint-use recreation and aquatic center. It was built to serve the high demand of recreational needs in the south end of the district.
Our mission is to provide a safe and fun environment where people of all ages can play, learn and grow.
This year, we are under construction. We are adding classroom and fitness space, expanding the lockerrooms, and adding a splash pad.
We continually strive to meet the individual and family recreational needs of our community. We place the safety and well-being of our patrons above all else.
Facility Features
Recreation Facility
Dance studio, weight and exercise room, four multipurpose cassrooms, two wooden floor gymnasium courts and an outdoor playground.
Pool Facility
- Indoor six-lane, 25-yard lap pool (84 degrees) with a one-meter diving board and rope swing.
- Indoor leisure pool (89 degrees) with water features and water slide.
Family Dressing Rooms
We have two family dressing rooms for your family's convenience. We ask all children ages 6 and older to use the locker rooms or restrooms of their own gender.
Recreation Advisory Committee
This committee is composed of members from the community who represent residents of the Park District and make recommendations regarding programming of the center. The committee currently has a vacancy. Please visit the center to apply.
Building Hours
Monday-Thursday: 5:30 a.m.-9 p.m.
Friday: 5:30 a.m.-8:30 p.m.
Saturday: 8 a.m.-6 p.m.
Sunday: 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
Holiday Schedules
