Students in grades 6-8 who attend middle schools in the Beaverton School District are eligible to participate in after school recreation at Cedar Hills.
You can also join if you are:
Beaverton School District middle school home school students.
Beaverton School District middle school magnet school students.
Students who live within THPRD boundaries and attend private school.
Register online or call Cedar Hills Recreation Center at 503/629-6340. Please refer to the class number for your middle school when registering. To register, you must have a THPRD account.
Fall: Cross Country
Join your middle school cross country team, get involved in your school and meet new friends. Train two days a week at your school then represent your school in meets with other middle schools. Program is held outside, so dress for the weather. We go rain or shine!
Winter: Sports Conditioning
Program involves aerobic and anaerobic conditioning, circuit training, injury prevention techniques and more. Enjoy running and other activities, as well as an end of the season 5k or fitness assessment. Program is held outside, at area middle schools, so dress for the weather.
Spring:Track & Field
Join your middle school track team and meet new friends. Program meets twice a week at school, and includes meets against other middle school teams. Program held outside, so dress for the weather. We go rain or shine.
Transportation to off-site meets is provided, but parent pick-up may be required when there is a late practice.
Youth Fitness/Weight Training (ages 11-15) at Cedar Hills
This program meets twice weekly, Monday and Wedneday.
Learn proper workout techniques
Develop an understanding of workout equipment
Learn a variety of exercises on our cardio equipment
Build lifelong healthy habits
Enjoy postive relationships among peers and trainers that support fitness goals.
