We have two rooms dedicated to fitness - one fitted solely for cardio workouts and another for weights and strength training. Whether you want to beef up or trim down, we have the equipment for you.
Our equipment is professionally maintained and our skilled staff is trained to help you get the most out of the weight and cardio rooms. Stop by or call the front office to set up an orientation with one of our trainers.
During your orientation, you will learn how to operate our equipment and the proper techniques for using our machines. Pre-registration is required. $48.50 for in district residents.
The fitness rooms are divided into 2 spaces, one with cardio equipment and one with weight equipment. We have circuit weight training machines and free weights, including benches, squat racks, and cross cable system.
Our cardio machines include stationary bikes, treadmills, stair climbers, elliptical trainers and a rowing machine.
Stretching areas also are provided. Enjoy our two large fitness rooms!

Current COVID-19 Guidelines: Class participation is by reservation only. Masks must be worn at all times while inside the center. Physical distancing is also required. Workout stations and equipment have been adjusted so that patrons can remain 6 feet apart while using the facility. Patrons are asked to wipe down equipment before and after use. There will be a half hour buffer between each reservation time slot so that staff can clean the equipment as well.>
The fitness rooms at Cedar Hills are designed for patrons ages 14 years and up. Minors must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian (parents can pick up the waiver form at our office).
No one under age 14 is allowed in the fitness rooms unless prearranged by the Center Supervisor and accompanied by an adult (parent, guardian, parent-approved coach,+ or THPRD fitness instructor).
All of that fitness equipment can look pretty confusing, and every magazine on the market seems to have a different approach to weight lifting. Our certified personal trainers will assist you in developing an individualized exercise program during a private, one-hour session. You will learn basic nutrition, set personal fitness goals designed for your body type, and confidently use our weight and cardio equipment. Body composition testing is also available.
